Digital software purchases

AI PHP Apps sells downloadable digital software. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be copied after delivery, purchases are generally considered final once a download link, account access, or download key has been delivered or used.

When refunds may be considered

• You are unable to access the download after purchase
• The product was not delivered
• The product has a verified technical issue that prevents normal use
• The product is materially different from its description

Troubleshooting first

Before a refund is considered, we may ask for reasonable troubleshooting details such as screenshots, error messages, hosting environment details, PHP/MySQL versions, or other diagnostic information so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds are generally not available when

• The product has been successfully downloaded and no verified defect exists
• The issue is caused by unsupported hosting or server configuration
• The issue is caused by third-party services, API providers, or customer modifications
• The request is based on buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or purchasing the wrong product after delivery
• The customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting steps
• Download logs show successful access with no verified product defect
• There is suspected abuse, fraud, excessive download activity, or chargeback misuse

Request window

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase through our support page. Requests submitted after this window may be denied.

If a refund is approved

If a refund is approved, download access may be disabled, account access may be revoked, and any license or permission to use the software ends.
