Purchased products grant you a license to use the software according to the license type purchased. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or unauthorized transfer of purchased files is not allowed.
Products are designed to run on compatible PHP/MySQL hosting. You are responsible for your hosting environment, server configuration, backups, API keys, and third-party service accounts.
Some apps may require services such as AI APIs, email accounts, hosting providers, payment processors, or other external tools. Those services are separate from AI PHP Apps and may have their own fees.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, upload, or otherwise make purchased software files available to others unless written permission is granted.
Product updates, documentation, and support may vary by product. Free v1.x updates may be provided where stated, but custom installation, customization, or private development work is not included unless separately agreed.
Software is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every hosting environment, or specific business results. AI PHP Apps is not liable for data loss, downtime, lost revenue, or damages resulting from use or misuse of the software.
